This wonderful patient wanted to improve her nose from several different views. She was particularly hopeful to enhance the appearance of her nose when she smiled. On frontal view she wanted to refine the appearance of her tip. She felt that the tip leaned a bit to one side when she smiled. Perhaps you note that the tip of her nose is straighter and more refined when she smiles. Do you agree?
Frontal:
She also hoped to improve her profile view, specifically she wanted to reduce her dorsal hump and rotate the tip of her nose upwards. When she smiled on the profile view she noted that her tip drooped down a bit. She was pleased with the improvements in those areas. How do those changes look to you?
Left Oblique:
Finally, many of the nuances of a rhinoplasty procedure can be best appreciated on the oblique view, smiling and non-smiling. I hope your pleased with the results from that view as well.
