This Pittsburgh Otoplasty patient was not happy that both of her ears protruded too far from her head. Otoplasty (also sometimes called ear pinning) can have a very positive impact on a patients self-confidence. On some occasions young children or teenagers ask for this procedure because of social problems they are encountering at school.

Her right ear is protruding a little more than the left. In the after picture, both of her ears have been nicely positioned closer to her head.
