This facelift patient from Pittsburgh came to our practice because she was unhappy with the sagging skin of her face, neck, and jowl area. She was also not happy about the tired appearance around her eyes because of her tear trough deformity. As an executive, maintaining a natural appearance was of the highest importance. She wanted to look refreshed and rejuvenated, not stretched or pulled!
Right Oblique:
This view shows the great improvement in her nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowls, and neck. Her tear trough deformity has also been improved with an injection of Restylane L with a microcannula.
Frontal:
The expression in her face after her facelift is unchanged, she does not have a “surgical” appearance.
